Nigerian Destination Wedding in the Algarve: Njide & Andrew

Welcome to an incredible Wedding day.

Njide and Andrew´s story takes us to the golden sands and turquoise waters of the Algarve, this natural beauty idyllic location, so well known as a popular Wedding Destination in Portugal. The couple´s chosen location it’s been close to Njide’s heart for many years, due to her family Quinta do Lago´s holiday home.

I. It´s Friday evening and we witness that magic golden light sunset at the Ancão beach, during a cheerful welcome dinner at 2 Passos Restaurant, Almancil.

II. We arrive early next morning at the Conrad Algarve, Quinta do Lago. From moonset to a very relaxed bride and groom getting ready, until the moment we´re all leaving the hotel in great style!

III. Arriving at the Albufeira Marina, family and guests split up in three full sound charged boats, having a cocktail and great seafood, that will take us on a trip though the clear waters and sand cliffs views. Party is on.

IV. Arriving at Praia Grande de Pêra, the location is set, and all the cultural traditions, as well as catholic blessings were beautifully accomplished through the ceremony.

V. The luxuriant gardens and pools at the Conrad, along with the beautiful weather, provided the perfect setting for the outdoor reception.

VI. The speeches and stories we get to witness about the couple and families, is an all time favourite moment for us photographers.

VII. I swear… I can still hear the beat, that pulsing Nigerian Jazz, playing along in colourful lights and great mood through the night… a party not soon to be forgotten!

“Incredible, we still cant believe that our wedding actually happened, it was like a fantasy. Our love for each other has grown stronger than either of us could ever have imagined. The entire Saturday day was mind blowing and we were indescribably happy from start to finish.”
